Health and safety precautions 

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Discontinue exercise immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. Improper use of exercise equipment may cause serious injury. 

Nalaya Pilates equipment only after "use and safety" training by certified instructors. By choosing to use Nalaya Pilates equipment, you, your clients, and your patients assume the sole responsibility for its proper use. 

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold all retailers, distributors, and manufacturers harmless for injuries resulting from your unsafe or improper use of Nalaya Pilates equipment. 

Read all assembly information thoroughly and follow the directions carefully to prevent unsafe or improper Nalaya Pilates equipment use. 

Nalaya Pilates equipment and its components are subject to wear and stress 

Proper maintenance and timely replacement of your equipment or component parts is your responsibility 

Consult your owner's manual to determine when to replace parts

Before starting any exercise program, consult a physician

Before using the equipment, read and follow relevant safety instructions and obtain thorough instruction from a qualified trainer 

Use equipment only for intended exercises 

Make sure the equipment is properly adjusted for your size and ability level 

Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, feel faint, have difficulty breathing, or experience musculoskeletal discomfort 

Keep body, hair, and clothing free from all moving parts 

Do not use it if the equipment appears worn, broken, or damaged. Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself 

Do not allow children to use or be around equipment without adult supervision.

qualified medical practitioner to determine the appropriateness of such activity. Exercise
should be discontinued immediately if pain, discomfort, dizziness, or shortness of breath
occurs. Improper or unsafe use of exercise equipment may result in serious personal
injury or death. Use of Li-iN Pilates Ltd equipment is permitted only after completion of
appropriate “use and safety” instruction provided by a certified and qualified instructor. By
choosing to use any Li-iN Pilates Ltd product, you, your clients, and/or your patients
acknowledge and accept full and sole responsibility for its proper and safe use. By using
Li-iN Pilates Ltd equipment, you expressly agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Li-iN Pilates Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors, and
manufacturers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities,
costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to any injury, damage, or
loss resulting from unsafe, negligent, or improper use of the equipment. All assembly and
operating instructions must be read carefully and followed precisely. Failure to do so may
result in unsafe or improper operation. All Li-iN Pilates Ltd equipment and component
parts are subject to normal wear, fatigue, and stress over time. It is the sole responsibility
of the user to ensure that proper maintenance, inspection, and timely replacement of
equipment or components are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s
recommendations. Please refer to the relevant owner’s manual for specific maintenance
schedules and replacement guidelines.

operating instructions. Use equipment only under the supervision or instruction of a
qualified professional. Intended Use: Use the equipment solely for the exercises and
purposes for which it was designed. Adjustment: Ensure that the equipment is correctly
adjusted and suitable for your body dimensions, ability, and experience level. Discontinue
Use: Stop exercising immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of
breath, faintness, or any musculoskeletal discomfort. Safety Around Moving Parts: Keep
hair, clothing, body parts, and accessories away from all moving components. Condition
of Equipment: Do not use any equipment that appears worn, damaged, or
malfunctioning. Do not attempt to modify or repair equipment yourself; contact an

authorized service representative. Children: Equipment must not be used by or around
children without continuous adult supervision.
